Owen was born and raised in Berkeley County, West Virginia. A graduate of Musselman High School, he attended West Virginia University earning a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree in 2013. Over the last decade, Owen has served Berkeley County as a middle school band director, educating over 2500 students along with hosting numerous concerts, festivals, and events for the community. His dedication to his students is only matched by his dedication to his family. Owen is married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica Funck, with whom he shares two beautiful daughters Anna, and Violet. They reside on their small farm in Bunker Hill, WV.

 

Owen made the decision to pursue a career in Real Estate following many years of focused interest in the field. He graduated from The Cooke Real Estate School, with a focus on residential sales. He brings over a decade of experience in public service acting as director of a large public program. He retains the heart of an educator, not only seeking to resolutely represent clients but to impart the knowledge required to assist those clients in making the best decision for their future
