Our goal with every client is to make them feel comfort and excitement in the home buying and selling process, not fear and anxiety. At The Fultz Real Estate Group, we make the wording ‘Simple’ and ‘Educate’ you on the whole process. In the end, we hope to be rewarded with your ‘Trust.’
The way we work...
I approach real estate a little different than most agents. I’m an educator at heart. I like to do my showings of homes on an education-base aspect so people can really understand what it is they are looking at and make a more informed decision to buy or walk away. I never want the call two years later of ‘what did you sell me?’ So, when you look at homes with me, I’m going to teach you as we look. Ask all the questions you want, I love answering them! I do the educating tour when I’m listing a home as well. I know what to look for and can educate my sellers on what to work on, what to paint or not and how to stage their home to bring the most money possible. My team follows in my footsteps on this education base, as well. When you work with us, you're going to feel comfortable with your decision.

Andrew Fultz
REALTOR, GRI, MRP, ABR, GREEN, ELP
Andrew has lived in Berkeley County, WV his entire life and is a 2006 graduate of Musselman High School. He attended West Virginia University and Shepherd University to earn a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mass Communications in 2011. Andrew married his beautiful wife, Amanda in July of the same year. In 2013, Andrew decided to follow in the family footsteps and pursue real estate.
Andrew graduated from The Cooke Real Estate School in St. Petersburg, FL. He brings numerous skills with him that he’s obtained during his years of working in the construction, paint, home decor, marketing, advertising and customer service fields.
Andrew has received numerous certificates and awards over the years. He is also a Director with the local real estate board, EPBR.
Currently licensed in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Florida…If you need to sell or buy a home, give Andrew a call. He is also a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), GREEN certified, a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) and affiliate for RamseyTrusted.
